Refund policy
Our Refund Policy is only valid for purchases made directly through the Uolo Online Store.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, (e.g. the same condition that you received it). It must also be in the original packaging.
If the product has been used, there will be no buyer’s remorse return permitted (e.g. you changed your mind, or “just don’t like them/it”).
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. For sanitary reason we do not accept any returns of headphones, i.e. any Uolo Pulse or Uolo Pulse Mini products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns are subject to up to 35% restocking fee. Please note: restocking fees cover administrative, handling, shipping and payment/refund processing fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund (less the restocking fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our contact us page.
Clearance items
Item(s) sold on Clearance cannot be returned/refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make a warranty claim please fill out our warranty claim form on our warranty page.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/customs costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping return item(s), you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
