At Uolo, we warrant our products to be free of workmanship and manufacturing defects under normal use and service. All Uolo products (excluding items sold on clearance and End of Life products) are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty, with a purchase through our web stores and authorized retailers.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty refers to the lifetime of Uolo products. It does not cover misuse, accident, abuse, or failure due to normal wear and tear. Uolo does not warrant, and is not responsible for any non-Uolo products used in connection with the Uolo product(s).
A valid proof of purchase and a product photo of the defective area must be provided for all warranty claims. Once approved, the product will be replaced at no charge; however, all warranty claims are subject to shipping & handling fees, and applicable taxes.
Please allow 1-5 business days to process and approve your request. Once your claim is approved, we will send you further information. For some selected products; we may ask our customer to return the defective product back via a prepaid shipping label attached with our responded email. Failure to comply may result in termination of warranty.
If we ask you to send back the defective product, you will be provided with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please mark this number on the returning package. Uolo will not accept returns without the RMA number.

Uolo Shield Replacement Program
Your Uolo Shield is covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty (lifetime of the product). If you made a mistake on the installation, or the shield is damaged or cracked while saving your smartphone screen, you can get a replacement for the same Uolo Shield Screen Protector from us by making a claim through our online store. Start a warranty claim below and describe your issues in detail. After submission, please allow 1 – 5 business days for our team to process your claim. Once it is approved, we will send you an email with information on how to order your replacement screen protector at no charge. Please note all Uolo Shield replacement program claims are subject to shipping and handling fees, and applicable taxes.
