At Uolo, we warrant our products to free of workmanship and manufacturing defects up to 1 year from the date of purchase with valid proof of purchase when sold through our website, and authorized retailers.

This limited 1-year warranty does not cover misuse, accident, abuse, or failure due to installation, normal wear and tear. This warranty does not apply to any non- Uolo product used in connection with this product. Please note that replacement products do not extend the original warranty period.

Please allow 1-5 business days to process and approve your request. Once your claim is approved, we will send you further information. For some selected products; we may ask our customer to return the defective product back via a prepaid shipping label attached with our responded email. Failure to comply may result in termination of warranty.

If we ask you to send back the defective product, you will be provided with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please mark this number on the returning package. Uolo will not accept returns without the RMA number.
